Lily’s Newborn Session | Cleveland Newborn Photographer

A few weeks ago, I photographed this sweet couple along Lake Erie as they waited to meet their baby girl. Now, I had the joy of meeting the little girl they had been so excited to welcome. You can see their beautiful Lake Erie maternity session here.

Meet Lily.

She is absolutely beautiful, with the sweetest little features and the most adorable expressions. We even managed to catch a few tiny smiles during her newborn session, which made an already beautiful collection of images even more special.

Her parents were completely smitten with her, and it was easy to see just how much their world had changed in the best possible way. There is something so wonderful about photographing new parents with their baby and seeing that connection unfold in front of my camera.

We used a beautiful palette of soft, warm colors throughout Lily’s session, creating images that feel timeless and delicate while keeping the focus exactly where it belongs: on her.

I especially loved photographing the three of them together. Those early days with a newborn can feel like a blur, and photographs become such an important way to remember the tiny details that disappear far too quickly.

It was also incredibly special to photograph this family twice: first during their Lake Erie maternity session and then again with their beautiful baby girl. Seeing their excitement before Lily arrived and then seeing them completely in love with her was such a wonderful part of their story.
