Cleveland Studio Newborn Photography | Toby

There is something so special about welcoming a family back into the studio, especially when it feels like no time has passed at all. Toby, along with his mom, dad, and big brother Oliver, came in for Toby’s very first photo session, and it instantly brought me back to the days when Oliver was the tiny newborn in front of my camera. Somehow, in the blink of an eye, he’s now the proud big brother.

Toby was just a little guy at his newborn session, weighing in at just under 7 pounds. He was sweet, sleepy, and absolutely perfect—everything you hope for during a studio newborn session. From the moment we started, it was clear how loved he already is.

One of my favorite parts of this session was watching Oliver with his baby brother. He is already such a stellar big brother—so gentle, so snuggly, and completely smitten with Toby. Those quiet moments of connection between siblings are some of the most meaningful images to capture, and Oliver made it effortless.

As the session unfolded, I couldn’t help but feel how quickly time is moving. It truly feels like we were just here photographing Oliver as a newborn, and now this family is growing once again. Seeing the love, tenderness, and joy shared between mom, dad, and their boys made this session incredibly special.

Sessions like Toby’s are such a reminder of why newborn photography is so meaningful. These early days are fleeting, but preserving them allows families to hold onto this season forever. I’m so honored to document another chapter for this sweet family and cannot wait to see these images become part of their story for years to come.
