Studio Maternity Sessions continue to grow in popularity, especially in the colder months in Ohio when the inclement weather can’t be avoided. It’s certainly convenient to have a nice warm studio and access to all my beautiful props and gowns for maternity sessions.

I absolutely loved working with Sofina. She was not only beautiful but had an amazing sense of humor and we found ourselves laughing like old friends at the session. First and foremost I always want clients to feel comfortable and welcome during our sessions. Having a few laughs is just a bonus!

Mom is the spotlight for the maternity session, but I welcome spouses/partners to get involved in the session. Sofina’s husband was incredibly happy and sweet. They both seemed so confident and didn’t have a lot of that “we’re about to become new parents” nervousness that is certainly common.

I couldn’t wait to meet their baby boy, who, decided to arrive very early. Just two weeks after this session, baby Luca made his arrival! Let me tell you, he’s a total DOLL. More on that I promise! Here’s a sample from “Luca’s Mom’s” maternity session.
