It’s always an exciting moment to welcome a new baby into the world, and this newborn session was particularly special. Meet Elijah, the newest addition to the S family! Photographing this sweet little one was truly an honor, and the session was made even more memorable by the presence of his big brother, Luca.

At just 18 months old, Luca is still very much a baby himself, so seeing him interact with his brand-new baby brother was both heartwarming and, at times, amusing. He was undeniably curious about Elijah, but as expected, he preferred to keep a little distance—second child syndrome is real! Still, the dynamic of having an older sibling involved brought a delightful challenge, and, despite some fleeting moments of curiosity and playfulness, we were able to capture some truly heartwarming images of both boys together.

Now, let’s talk about Elijah—what a little cutie! He arrived with a stunning head of dark hair and irresistibly squishy cheeks that made him an absolute joy to photograph. From the moment we started the session, it was clear that he was going to be a model baby. He was incredibly well-behaved and relaxed, which made capturing those precious first moments a breeze. His parents are already completely smitten with their sweet boy, and honestly, who could blame them? It’s easy to see why.
