It’s really not fair how fast these little ones grow. However, I have the awesome job of freezing time. It seems like yesterday that we were shooting Miss Violet’s newborn photos! How amazingly rewarding to see her grow into the most perfect toddler. Those chubby little legs and big blue eye are almost too much to handle!

Similarly to her big sister, I had the pleasure of creating Violet’s First Year of Photography. Just like her big sis, she was so fun to photograph! She is blooming with personality!

Of course this was the perfect time to get some updated photos of these precious sisters. I’m not sure who was more excited to be in the studio again. We danced and twirled our way through the session.

When it comes to creating cake smashes I want to make each one special! This one was a dream come true because I was able to use fresh real flowers! I was so happy when Ashley’s Floral signed up to do our flower crown and cake flowers. The studio smelled amazing! After driving past this flower shop about a million times, I was thrilled to finally work with her.

As you can see, Violet rocked her one year session and cake smash! I don’t know how it could have gone any better. I am so ever grateful to capture these special memories for this family. Until next time sweet Violet! xoxo, Katherine
