I scream, you scream, we all scream for ICE CREAM! Of course summer is the perfect time to have an ice cream theme cake smash. And that’s what we did for Miss Gemma’s one year session. The melting ice cream cake was the perfect addition to our balloon garland and ice cream cart. Gemma dove right into that ice cream cone and gave us the sweetest expressions!

Summer is the perfect time to do some photos outside. In the event that the weather cooperates, we head outside for some photos! We indeed got to go outside for a mini tea party. Since it was such a gorgeous day we spent some time outside having some laughs and capturing her happy personality.

I feel like we were just taking her newborn photos! 12 months have come and gone and it’s always bittersweet to see these little one’s graduate from their Baby’s First Year sessions. It’s always such a privilege to be the one to capture a new baby’s first session. In the blink of an eye, they are one! Until I see you again, Happy Birthday sweet baby Gemma!
